How To Use
You can add our Harmony 6 Mushroom Extract to your coffee, tea, smoothie or main meal. The recommended dosage is 2ml per day or 1ml twice a day.
What is dual extraction?
When mushrooms are consumed in their original form, it’s difficult for our body to draw out the medicinal compounds. This is where dual extraction comes in. Put simply, dual extraction uses both alcohol and hot water to draw out the medicinal compounds. This enhances the mushrooms effect on your body as it becomes more bioavailable.

I have been adding to tea daily and feel like I can notice benefits in clarity of mind and energy levels. I will definitely continue to use.
I only just started using the liquid mushroom blend and although it tastes pleasant and I like the idea of taking it and getting benefits (hopefully), it is still too soon for me to make any conclusions at this point.
But the buying of the product, the product description, the packaging and delivery of the product were all good. Thanks.
I've tried a few different mushroom elixers and this one is definitely the most potent and delicious. I find the paper bag it's in a little small and tricky to use. But the mushrooms themselves are fabulous!
My housemate and I are both enjoying this well made product,as far as the pick up it gives us.
However as I am a severe sufferer of depression and anxiety, although my anxiety has improved, I'm hoping to purchase Lions Mane next for my debilitating cognitive impairment.
My brain is working better, I feel less inflamed. So easy to pop a dose in my morning coffee. Love it!
