Returns and exchanges

If you change your mind about a product you have ordered, you may return it to us provided you email us within 7 days of receipt of your product, and it is sent back to us within 14 days.

To be eligible, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item, so if you are concerned we suggest getting tracking.

We will happily provide you with a store credit that will be valid for 60-days after the item has been returned to us.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your product is damaged or faulty, we will happily send out a replacement at no cost to you provided you contact us within 7-days of receipt of your product.
